I am not sure that ng+ is something which can be implemented if the decision isn't made at the very beginning, and while it might work more or less okay with DA2 I don't see how it could be remotely practical for DA:O. With that many games there are some basic repeats, some decisions which I prefer to make in most games, etc. It's safe to say I've done 20+ playthroughs, and I mean complete playthroughs to the end (unless there was a crash). I tried to make them as unique in appearance as possible and they have made different combinations of choices. As you can see I have replayed with several different types of Wardens.
